We guarantee phone-, fax- and/ or e-mail-support from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm – bank holidays not included. We assure a reliable, effective and fast processing of your enquiries. Furthermore, we can offer support in various languages – beside of German and English also in Spanish and French.

You will receive a certificate which entitles you to support free of charge for the period of exactly 12 months. In good time before your contract expires, we will send you a reminder to place an order for renewal.
