Maintenance- and Support contracts – M&S

Concluding a M&S-contract for technically complex licenses does not only make sense, but is also necessary. Upon delivery of a software license from the SISCO or AMA product range, we offer a corresponding training of at least 1,5–3 days – according to the complexity of each software product. Taking a training entitles the customer to profit from the 12-months’ support contract free of charge in the first year after purchase of the license. This M&S-contract entitles him to receive technical support during the development phase. At the same time, all released upgrades during this period will be sent to him free of charge.

After the first year, the M&S-contract has to be renewed in order to keep its validity and the rights on support.

The M&S-contract contains technical support and the delivery of all upgrades which are being released within one year’s time by SISCO and/ or AMA.

We guarantee phone-, fax- and/ or e-mail-support from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm – bank holidays not included. We assure a reliable, effective and fast processing of your enquiries. Furthermore, we can offer support in various languages – beside of German and English also in Spanish and French.

We will issue a certificate which entitles you to receive support free of charge for the period of exactly 12 months. In sufficient time before your contract expires, we will send you a reminder to place an order for renewal.
