About AMA-SYSTEMS
Founded in 1976 as trading company for automation products of internationally re- nowned producers, AMA-SYSTEMS GMBH over the years was able to establish itself in the Open Communications Standards market together with strategic partners. In the 1990s, the company focused on the development of customer-specific software applications for manufacturing processes. Since the year 2000, AMA-SYSTEMS has been more and more orienting towards a specialized company regarding the provision of IT-Services.
Today, after more than three decades of experiences, AMA-SYSTEMS provides coexistent competences in industrial automation-, information- and communication-technologies to the customers in the energy- and manufacturing industry as well as in the machine- and plant manufacturing area. Centre of our action is the presentation of solutions of complex technical tasks in the operative or productive environment – flexibility in particular is guaranteed by our trans-sectoral know-how.
The ground of our business is the Europe-wide distribution of soft- and hardware products of internationally renowned partners with emphasis on USA. Based on these products AMA-SYSTEMS offers corresponding gateways, trainings and workshops.

IBM-Partner-Contract, Gateway-Development for SIEMENS PLC. Re-definition of Core Competences – Automation/Information/ Communication AMA moves into modern offices near the autobahn in Pforzheim. Focus on activities regarding the integration of IEC61850 for customers within Power Generation. SISCO, USA grants AMA the Europe-wide exclusive distribution rights for their Licenses. Design of a webshop for KOYO Products and spare part deliveries. Partner-Contracts with IBM and OSIsoft are agreed. |
